All in stock/on hand orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. 

Please keep in mind that all name jewelry are custom made! Orders take up to one business days to process order after payment then it will begin the customization process. 
Example: You place your order Monday, your order will be processed Tuesday and start the production process which may take up to 10-12 business days (depending on which custom item) then an additional 2-3 business days to ship to TheSPCollection.

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

CUSTOM Orders may take take 3-5 weeks turn around time, on average 3 weeks. EXCLUDING WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS. 

Orders are shipped when full order has completed. (if your order includes both in stock and custom items, it will not ship until all items are complete.)

All orders are shipped through USPS.

A tracking number will be issued to the email in which the order was placed under once your order has shipped. 

IF YOU SELECTED PICK UP AS A SHIPPING METHOD, ONCE YOUR ORDER ARRIVE YOU WILL RECEIVE A EMAIL WITH PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS.
